Business Model Transformation of the RN-Snabzhenie LLC

In the dissertation, the concept of “business model” is clarified, existing approaches to describing a business model are systematized and analyzed. Key trends and challenges of the supply function in the oil and gas industry are described. Based on the information received, the current business model of RN-Snabzhenie LLC was formed and its analysis was carried out. The analysis identified key components that formed the basis for diagnosing organizational development problems. As a result of the analysis, the potential business model of RN-Snabzhenie LLC and an adaptation plan for the proposed changes were developed, as well as a risk analysis and adaptation scenarios were formed depending on the implementation of the risk situation. In addition, as part of this dissertation, an approach to the analysis of business models of companies that implement the supply function, which can be used by similar companies, is proposed.
