The Development of an Expansion Strategy for Nevskaya Lakomka LLC

The work is aimed at developing an expansion strategy for Nevskaya Lakomka LLC. The company plans to expand its presence in the market and is currently exploring which expansion method to use (opening a new store, opening an online store or other methods). The main ways to achieve this goal are the use of knowledge gained at the university, analysis of available scientific information on expansion strategies and detailed scenario analysis of various expansion options. The study is important for several reasons: the company will be able to use this study to make an objective decision on the method of expansion, and the study will greatly simplify the stage of preparing the opening of an additional business unit. For a student, experience in planning will come in handy as a useful skill for a future career. The result of this work was the development of a plan to expand the network of retail confectionery stores.
