This work is aimed at understanding the role of involvement in the organization as an intermediary between organizational factors (working conditions) and individual labor behavior, which are considered through self-assessments of labor practices. The empirical base of work is presented by the data from the survey of 195 employees of the enterprise. The results support a partially mediated model. In general, the results show that employee involvement plays a significant role in the relationship between organizational satisfaction and performance. Based on the results of individual work practices, three groups of employees in terms of performance have been identified: "active", "passive" and "attitude-oriented". Also on the basis of the research results the groups of factors connected with the influence of involvement on the results of individual labor behavior were identified.
