Liquidity Management and its Influence on the Investment Growth of a Company

Efficient liquidity management is vital for the existence and continued survival of the business, which is especially important in the current world situation. The aim of this study is to find the relationship between liquidity management and investment growth. The empirical part consists of the regression model that reflects the dependence. As a result of this study, a model was constructed and analyzed, so that it describes the impact of liquidity management on investment growth. This model shows that even under limited market conditions and limited external investment, a firm can achieve investment growth. Moreover, according to this, conclusions and recommendations for companies how to manage the studied indicators are made. Keywords: liquidity management, investment growth of the company, profitability.
