Defence Strategies of Regional Companies Under the Conditions of Global Business Expansion

The present Master thesis considers different aspects of regional companies defence strategies under the conditions of global business expansion. The first chapter devoted to the notion of strategy and its levels, types of competition strategies, their structure and elements, as well as peculiarities of global business expansion strategies. The second chapter of thesis devoted to regional companies defense strategies typology and algorythm of their choice, tactical actions as alternative to the defense strategy as well as development of defense strategy for one of the Nizhny Novgorod regional companies. The recommendations on choice of regional companies defense strategy has been given on the basis of research results.
