Stable financial condition of the company is the most important factor that allows it to exist in a competitive market, and its correct assessment helps the company to identify problems at an early stage of their occurrence to take appropriate measures in order to eliminate those problems in a timely manner. This work is a consulting project, the purpose of which is to assess the financial condition of the company "ABC" LLC and develop recommendations for its improvement. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study the theoretical foundations of the company's performance, choose the necessary methods for the company, LLC "ABC" and develop recommendations for improving the financial condition of the company. The result of this work was the development of a plan for creating the company's website and opening a new warehouse.
