Syndication of the VC sector in BRICS is not well documented. The main objective of this study is to determine if syndication in VC markets of BRICS has any similarities and differences with syndication in VC markets of the USA and Europe and how syndication will affect the performance of VC firms in BRICS. There are two main hypotheses of this research: syndication has a positive effect on the work of the fund, and it will allow getting more return. In order to confirm these hypotheses, a regression analysis is used on separate samples for five main BRICS countries. This research may be in demand in the future due to the growing interest in the BRICS countries and venture capital.
