Adoption Strategies of High Qualified Specialists on the Digitalization of their Work

21st century - the century of digital transformation. Digital technologies are used in all aspects of human life and society, which means this phenomenon has a global effect and poses certain challenges to modern reality: What will the future be like? The future of business and education? What will happen to the workforce? Will the previous forms of employment and profession remain, and if so, how will it be necessary to adapt to them in the new economy - the digital economy. As workflows change, they require adaptation and training from workers. The question remains open, what can contribute or, conversely, hinder the successful process of adapting employees to new technologies in organizations? This paper presents the results of a study demonstrating the basic strategies for the response of specialists to the digitalization of labor.
