Annotation to the final qualifying work on the theme "Mass culture as a factor in improving the relationship between the Western and Muslim worlds on the example of musical and cinematic art." The work includes 97 pages, 1 table, 8 photos and 3 applications; used sources - 43. This study theorizes and describes the interaction of two different cultures - Arab and Western in the field of music and cinema. It is becoming increasingly important to understand the views and opinions formed by various authors and cultural figures, because at the moment we have a false interpretation of the entire Arab nation in the eyes of a Westerner. The study analyzes the relationship between Arab and Western cultures and, in particular, examines the mutual influence of cultures in the field of cinema and music. We will collect primary and secondary data and use qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The study revealed how strongly the influence of Western culture in the Middle East region. How strong is the influence of Arab culture outside the Middle East. The prerequisites for changing the stereotype of a Muslim in the mass consciousness are also identified. The results of the work can become a theoretical basis for further research in the field of intercultural communication between Muslims and representatives of Western culture.
