The work presents a description and analysis of the logistics processes of the warehouse of ООО «Хенкель Рус», and the development and evaluation of recommendations for optimizing processes. For analysis and optimization, the process of working with bottles was selected based on the high cost of process losses. Using Ishikawa Diagram, the Five Whys method, observation, and interview made it possible to find the cause of the process problems. The reason was the lack of a system of continuous interaction between the warehouse and the production and supply departments. The recommendations are based on the introduction of a system for interaction between a warehouse and departments. The system is supposed to be created based on Excel, Access, or 1C. To assess the effectiveness of the recommendations, costs were calculated and analyzed relative to the cost of losses. These recommendations will allow the company to eliminate process losses and increase the efficiency of the warehouse.
