Maintaining production continuity and productivity is vital for a manufacturing company, as these factors determine its profit. In many respects these goals are achieved through the maintenance of the equipment. Perm Pulp and Paper Mill currently faces a number of problems in the process of equipment maintenance, so this work is aimed at developing a system of key performance indicators for this process. Interviews, documentation analysis, process modeling in ARIS EPC and BPMN notations, and goal tree construction were used in the development process. During the analysis, the main problems of the equipment maintenance process were identified, and the purpose of the process was formulated. Then was built the tree of objectives of the process. Indicators, responsible persons, and business processes were linked to each goal. The developed system of indicators will help the company track maintenance and repair of equipment, monitor the time and quality of repair work, as well as detect defects.
