A strong corporate culture is one of the key factors for achieving organizational success. It is important that personal values are aligned with the type of organizational culture. The research was based on the need to deepen knowledge about the role of values in the formation of corporate culture. Thus, the purpose of the presented work is to identify the relationship between corporate culture and individual values of employees on the example of the "PNPPK". The study analyzed the existing organizational culture, the preferred type of organizational culture (the Cameron and Quinn methodology) and individual values of employees (the Schwartz method). The relationship between individual values and types of corporate culture was revealed. As a result, recommendations were developed to improve the state of corporate culture and its further development.
