Modern Approaches to Customizing HR Strategy for Successful Business

Strategic planning is one of the key success factors in the modern world. It allows you to set long-term benchmarks for many years to come, it is an effective method in the management work and it gives confidence to companies in the future. Nowadays more and more organizations are paying close attention to creating their own strategies that will allow them to be successful in the market. The basic premise for the research was the need to create a new strategy for the instrument-making company, since the revision of the previous strategy is ending in 2020. Therefore, this graduation paper aims at creating a personnel strategy for PJSC «PNPPK». During the research, a deep analysis of the external environment was carried out, the strategy directions and proposals for their implementation were developed, and the main risks were identified. As a result, the main directions of the HR strategy of PJSC «PNPPK» until 2030 were developed and affirmed.
