Projects often do not achieve their goals due to the impact of many risks, therefore managers should minimize the impact of dangerous risks on projects. This requires regular monitoring to prevent the occurrence of risks. As a result of this research, a program for monitoring risks of mergers and acquisitions projects of ER-Telecom Holding was developed. During the study, the risks of M&A projects were analyzed. Namely the risks identification, their qualitative and quantitative assessment were carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, key indicators for the five most dangerous risks were developed and the main clauses of the regulations for monitoring the risks of this type of project were formulated. As a result, a comprehensive program for monitoring the risks of M&A projects has been formed. This program will be used by employees of the project office of ER-Telecom Holding to implement processes for managing project risks of this type of projects. It is assumed that such program will allow the company to monitor risks systematically and identify them in time, therefore, it will increase the probability of successful completion of M&A projects.
