Improvement of the Company`s Corporative Innovation System as a Part of the Management of Rationalization Proposals

This research is devoted to the analysis of the corporate innovation system of PNPPK and optimization of the process of submitting proposals from employees as an important part of the company's innovation system. During the research it was possible to assess the current level of maturity of the corporate innovation system of the company, as well as to determine the place of proposals for the improvement in this system. In order to optimise the process of submitting proposals, the best practices of production companies were analyzed, based on which it was concluded that certain steps were repeated in the PNPPK. Next, the process within the company was optimised and put into pilot operation to receive feedback.
