Today, marketing communications is an integral part of each company, which affects the consumer decision to purchase the proposed product or service. The relevance of the topic is due to the low awareness among the target audience about the «privet maket» furniture store. The purpose of the work is to develop a marketing communications plan for the «privet maket» company. In the process of the study, the target audience of the company under study was determined, a competitive analysis was carried out, and existing marketing communications in the company were studied. In the course of work, a marketing communications plan was developed for the company «privet maket». The plan includes 6 main promotion channels: Instagram, Vkontakte, Facebook, advertising in elevators, advertising on handouts and posting articles. Several recommendations were also made on the further development of marketing communications. As a result of the application of the developed plan, awareness of the company «privet maket» and activity in social networks increased.
