The current research work focuses on developing ways of increasing the level of competitiveness through organizational diagnostics and competitive analysis. At present, research into competitiveness is one of the key objectives of any organization aimed at increasing the level of competitiveness, regular studying and monitoring of its characteristics. Consequently, the key purpose of the research is to design а list of recommendations based on the results of organizational diagnostics and competitive analysis. The recommendations developed could be implemented by the company`s executives and those who are engaged in running a business in the sector in question.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
