In recent years, organizations have increasingly begun to pay attention not only to working with all personnel, but also to interaction with talents. The constantly growing amount of investigations in the field of talent management also indicates interest in this category of employees. Today companies more than ever need effective professionals, who can bring them to a new high level. This work is aimed at the process of identifying HiPo-specialists in the PNPPK company, using the «360 degrees» assessment method, the KPI system and the investigation of staff involvement. The study involved employees of the analytical department of the company, who were evaluated by above methods. As a result, the company was provided with the feedback and the recommendations for the development of lagging professional competencies of employees. The result of the study is also the developed system for identifying employees with high potential.
