The issue of integration of migrant children and specialized work with them is rather new both for the Russian academic community and for educational institutions. The purpose of this paper is to describe the experience of creating and implementing the regional integration program “Equally Diverse” in 10 schools of the Kaluga Region in the 2019-2020 academic year as an opportunity for cooperation of a non-profit initiative with the state to support schools in their work with migrant children.
