Promotion Program Development for PGM - 10 Product

Today, in order to achieve company’s goals, it is important not only to produce a high-quality and competitive product, but also to develop a promotion program. The main goal of the work is to develop a promotion program for a gyrocompass of domestic production. During the study, the features of the B2B market were studied, as well as the features of promotion in this market. Competitors were analyzed, the adjacent shipbuilding market was studied, and the current activities of the company to promote its product were analyzed. Based on the collected data, a promotion program was developed that contains activities, budget and dates. In connection with the current situation in the world, online tools were also considered. The proposed program may be applicable by PNPPK for the promotion of gyrocompasses.
