Development of a Methodology for Improving the Professional Skills of Bank Client Managers in the Micro/Small Business Segment

In the modern world, there is a tendency in commercial organizations to perceive human capital as a tool for improving the efficiency of digging. It is worth noting that the professionalism of an employee improves not only the basic financial indicators of the organization, but also lays the foundation for the intellectual capital of the company, so it is very important to continuously improve the skills of their employees. This study examines various methods for improving the professional skills of staff, as well as the development of a suitable improvement methodology for a commercial organization. The study is based on data on Client managers of Micro/Small businesses in Perm and the Perm region of the bank Ural FD. As a result of the analysis of personnel management and ways of its development, the shortcomings of the functioning of Client managers will be revealed. The methodology for staff improvement will help to develop professional skills of employees and raise the bank's structure to the level of the main competitors in the market. It is universal for all positions and for other banks, because of its adaptability to the specifics of the work of credit institutions.
