Psychological Peculiarity of Art Perception by People with High Anxiety

The article presents results of empirical study of art perception features by persons with increased level of anxiety. Research consist of three blocks: theoretical justification of the correlation between emotional response and art perception, empirical detection of art perception psychological features (author 's questionnaire), determination of personal anxiety level (C. Spielberger 's questionnaire). The sample of the study was 43 respondents, different age range and professional affiliation. As a result of the study, the hypothesis of the existence of art perception features by persons with increased level of anxiety was proved. There is no statistically significant correlation between art perception and psychological personality features of persons with an increased level of anxiety.
