The main feature of modern business is the emphasis on the cultural and emotional components of the employee’s activities within the company. The factor of well-being and comfort of an employee is one of the key factors in building a successful company system as a whole. This study is aimed at studying the phenomenon of the emotional and cultural environment of the organization and determining its structure in the context of the social culture of the organization as a whole. The project will demonstrate the importance of cultural and emotional factors among employees, necessary for the success of the organization. The project will also help develop a unique methodology for the analysis and development of the cultural and emotional environment in the organization. Thus, the main goal of this study is to analyze the prerequisites for the formation of a cultural and emotional environment in a company. Analysis methods will be divided into empirical analysis methods and theoretical research methods. The methods will include such tools as a survey, interviews, included observation, theoretical analysis of materials and documents. Macroscop will act as a platform for testing the methodology. The results of the study, namely, the formulated concept of “cultural-emotional environment”, the developed methodology and analysis of the organization’s environment, will be presented to Macroscop management. Thus, the study carries both theoretical and practical significance for the business, revealing in more detail the relevant aspects of the internal environment of the organization.
