Diagnostics of a Company as a Factor of its Competitive Ability

In the world of growing number of enterprises, it is important to take timely actions to identify the company's competitive advantage and create a plan to increase competitiveness. That is why there is a need for enterprise diagnostics to determine the status of a company in the market. In this work, a specific algorithm of actions for the company in a certain area is given: the organization is diagnosed and recommendations for improving competitiveness are considered. The field of the chosen company suffers tremendous losses. In this work, the problems existing in the company are identified, and ways to solve these problems in the current market conditions are proposed. To analyze the enterprise and to find the main problem SWOT and SNW techniques are used in the work. In addition, Porter’s Five Forces analysis is used to determine a competition in the studied industry. As a result of the work, the state of the enterprise today is determined, and recommendations are made to improve the situation and to increase competitiveness.
