New Product Development and Launch: Evidence from an RFP Service

New product development (NPD) has been under active discussion during the last several years in information technology (IT) industry. Modern customer-oriented approaches used in creating goods, providing recommendations and tools for managers to help them successfully produce and launch products in art fast-growing IT-market. This study represents an empirical validated marketing research of video game industry for new recruitments service 80 LEVEL RFP. In this study, customer development methodology and Agile methodology is used to effectively develop and launch product in video game development market. A competitors’ analysis, a survey study and interviews were used to design the product according to the demands and successfully launch it.
