Accordance of Organizational Culture and Organizational Structure as a Factor of Business Development

This work is devoted to determining the correspondence of organizational culture and organizational structure as a factor of business development. The paper examines organizational culture and identified its type, the structure of the organization and identified its type, the implementation of the correlation analysis and the interrelation between culture and structure, and found that the type of organizational culture, i.e. the culture of power, corresponds to the type of organizational structure – simple model structure
