Special Condition Assessment Business Project Development

The aim of research is the creation of business project based on strategic market analysis of the company, operating in the sphere of “special assessment of working conditions“. In order to enlarge relevant information the following methods, such as environmental analysis, PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces analysis, Business model canvas, McKinsey portfolio analysis matrix, the Boston Consulting Group’s Portfolio Matrix, financial documentation analysis will be used. These methods allow to obtain information about the market of services on making special assessment of working conditions, and the market players and the role of a concrete company in a particular sphere. The results anticipated will lead to more accurate market measurement and analysis which will allow to shift focus for a more effective development in the future. Besides this, it will ensure the theoretical background that will be used in establishing a new business strategy in the future. This will be done using the business model Canvas.
