A/B-testing of the User Experience in Streaming Services

This paper explores the approaches to online testing of various product design hypothesis in one of the biggest VOD streaming service in Russia. All the key aspects of the research pipeline are listed with actual examples from the real production experiments including data preprocessing and hypothesis testing. In this paper we underline the features of online tests that differ them from , for example, classic medical treatment testing.
