In this paper we analyzed data obtained from mass spectrometric analysis of extracts of muscle and fat tissue of Duroc boars. We identified peaks corresponding to triacylglycerides and obtained phenotypic indicators correlated with agricultural characteristics. Also we reformated information about SNPs in the genotypes of these animals for genomic association test input, then filtered and classified for adding covariates. Afterwards we combined phenotypes and genotypes data to search for genomic associations by general linear model (GLM). As a result 9 single nucleotide polymorphisms were associated with phenotype traits, one of them revealed a possible role in the genetic regulation of the lipid composition of fat and muscle tissue in pigs.
