The Phenomenon of "Big data" and Its Impact on The Regulation of Personal Data Protection on The Internet

This work is a comprehensive study of the problems of Big Data processing both in terms of civil and special legislation on personal data. The paper forms new approaches and conclusions for the Russian doctrine, proposes a number of specific solutions to the problems that arise in the process of data turnover. The paper analyzes both European and American experience in regulating the relations under consideration. The paper analyzes the existing system of protection of exclusive rights in Russia, among others, through the prism of the economic analysis of law. It also addresses the need to maintain antitrust immunities for intellectual property. Work structure: introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography. The first chapter analyzes the civil law aspects of the data turnover, the optimal mechanisms that structure such a turnover. In the second chapter, the processing of personal data is analyzed through the prism of special legislation on personal data.
