In the modern world of today the issue about getting up-to-date or in-demand competencies for students of high educational institutions stands as vital and even as the most important. Being able to keep up with the high pace of nowadays markets is already a bare necessity. All of those acquiring by modern students learning, literacy, so popular communicative, managerial, and other unique skills are intangible elements that are promised to be developed by universities and highly awaited by employers. However, almost two-thirds of graduates after finishing universities face tough life realities and find themselves unable to solve different problems appearing in their workspaces. That is why in this research paper we are seeking the answer to the questions which skills should master students develop in order to fit the demands of successful companies. Furthermore, a thorough analysis was held in this paper thus enabling us to give some solutions and recommendations to overcome the difficulties in the situation of university hard skills mismatching which those that are requested by modern employers in the sphere of culture and art management.
