Nowadays the popularity of IT-sphere is growing dramatically. Due to this technical IT interview preparation becomes widespread. To help programmers to prepare for the interview services that provide mock-interview functionality exist. However, existing services are more concentrated on western mentality and are not popular in Russian speaking countries. Existing services do not cover people's needs in passing mock-interviews that have the same structure as real-life interviews. They use a fixed mock-interview structure with one task only and don’t take into account the interviewee’s past job experience. Moreover, the interviewee can’t choose who will interview him. This can lead to an interview with an inexperienced interviewer. To solve these problems current work proposes a service prototype for technical mock-interview having the same structure as real-life technical interviews in Russian IT companies. On the service, the user can choose the interviewer by his resume. A more experienced interviewer will interview less experienced interviewee. Due to this service feature it should be taken into account how to motivate experienced programmers to interview on service. Current work explores this issue and suggests to use rubrics to speed up interview evaluation and automatically generated questions for faster interview preparation. Also ratings will be used on the service to make the atmosphere more competitive.
