Social relations connected with control over market concentration in digital markets are the subject of this master's dissertation. This study analyzes the following issues: the definition of control over market concentration, features of market concentration in digital markets and application of current control mechanisms in Russian Federation, European Union and United States of America. Such issues are considered by integrated, systematic, formal and logical, historical, comparative methods. The master's dissertation concludes that it is necessary to amend legislation on control over market concentration, including the adoption of 5th Antimonopoly Package. As to European Union and United States of America, the master's dissertation concludes that legislative changes currently are not required. Current control mechanisms may become more unified and more effective by enforcement practices and voluntary acts of antitrust agencies on control mechanisms for different types of concentration.
