In the cargo delivery market, a considerable amount of small and medium enterprises do not use any digital solutions in their daily operations. Many stages of the delivery process at these companies still involve tedious paperwork. At the same time, the rapid growth of the smartphone market and the evolution of mobile broadband enabled people to perform tasks that previously required a computer via smartphones. These factors combined create an opportunity to automate some stages of the delivery process. This paper proposes a way to digitize the core process of logistics using the latest trends in mobile application development.
