Legal Protection of Objects of the Fashion Industry

The research is aimed at investigating issues of the legal protection of objects of the fashion industry. The author analyzes domestic and foreign legislation, doctrine, and judicial practice in order to identify mechanisms for legal protection of objects of the fashion industry. The paper analyzes the concept of "design" and identifies its main features, examines the features of copyright and patent protection of design, and identifies trends in the development of approaches to the legal protection of objects in the fashion industry.
