Software systems that are used in big enterprises must meet many requirements, main of which are homogeneity, stability of working and easiness of maintenance. Due to that fact it is a very common situation when a solution that was developed and implemented once is being used for ages, and even if it’s being changed, the core principles stay immutable: the more change, the more cost of it and the higher risk of failure. Hence, when an enterprise system needs to be changed – the way of minimal intervention to the existing system is preferred. So, even if from system prospect of view the best decision is to change internal architecture, business constraints make the developers to create addons that are connecting with the initial system via some interfaces. As life is going on, the new requirements appear and new addons are made – so, after ages the system, even if initially it was a perfect work of system engineering art, tends to look like many different pieces of software, wrapped with duct tape. This paper is aimed on solving one issue caused by described situation. Existing informational system (IS) model in dairy producing company implies many independent databases from different systems, that store interlinking data. Often, discrepancies appear there – so, there is a necessity in additional tool for data consistency checking and synchronization. Key Words: Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Application Integration, Data synchronization, Informational System, Robotic Process Automation, UiPath, MS Query
