Emergency Informing Service for Smart City

The aim of the work is the analysis and creation of a cross-platform system for informing citizens of the smart city about emergency situations, build an effective model, algorithms that can deliver messages with minimal delay and a high percentage of delivery. One of the tasks of the work is to build the architecture of a “smart” city and create an information system that will increase the security of the city through the introduction of this architecture, as well as help the city administration increase the level of beautification by building communication with city citizens of town and inform about emergencies cases.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
