The Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Created Using Artificial Intelligence

The master thesis deals with the problem of protection and ownship of rights to the AI-generated and AI-aided content. The research is aimed at formation of comprehensive view on the protection of the AI-generated and AI-aided content, and determination of the model for the distribution of rights to such content. This work consists of an introduction, main part, presented in two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter describes the concept of artificial intelligence, the legal personality of artificial intelligence and responsibility for AIs actions. The second chapter is devoted to the issue of protection and ownship of rights to the AI-generated and AI-aided content. In the conclusion, the author proposes: a new definition of artificial intelligence, models for the distribution of rights to the AI-generated and AI-aided content, and the necessary changes to the legislation.
