Development and Implementation of Process Management of Furniture Industrial and Commertial Enterprise of Republic of Moldova

The purpose of is this work is to identify and describe the business processes of the Simbcomp Grup enterprise and create a plan for implementing the process approach in the enterprise. Tasks: 1. Identify management problems at Simbcomp Grup. 2. Theoretically substantiate the relevance of using the process approach to improve the quality of activities and its results and justify the methodological approach to modeling business processes at Simbcomp Grup. 3. Conduct an analysis of the company's activities to identify the current structure of business processes and formalize the operating system of the Simbcomp Grup enterprise, as well as develop models of relevant business processes and their regulations for the first stage of implementation of the process approach. 4. Develop a schedule for implementing the process approach in the enterprise. It contains 3 chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of sources used, and 6 appendices. The first Chapter provides a General description of the Simbcomp Grup enterprise, conducts a diagnostic study of its condition and identifies management problems. In the second Chapter, a systematic review of previous works is conducted, which examines approaches to enterprise management, the concept of "business process", types and main characteristics of business processes in the organization, as well as tools for describing and modeling business processes.the conclusion is made about the relevance of using the process approach to improve the quality of the enterprise and its results. The third Chapter is devoted to the development of the draft implementing process-approach, it presents the developed model of the operating system of the enterprise, models and rules relevant to the first phase of implementation of process approach to enterprise business process, a schedule of execution of works on implementation of process approach.
