Evaluation of the Efficiency of an Innovation Project

This work is aimed at solving the problem of evaluating the company's innovative projects. Various approaches to definition of "innovations" are considered, and also the analysis and classification of "innovative project" is carried out. The risks and uncertainties that may arise during the implementation of an innovative project are described. Also the steps to predict the risks to minimize their consequences are proposed. The detailed description of the method of efficiency estimation of the innovative project adapted for the company, taking into account both qualitative and economic indicators, is offered. As an example, the company's innovation project is described and its risks are assessed with the help of PESTLE - analysis. The efficiency of the company's innovation project has been evaluated according to the previously described adapted method, which takes into account both qualitative and economic parameters, in order to make a management decision.
