External Employer Brand Creation for Professional Services Companies on the Example of "Nielsen"

Nowadays in competitive environment companies are forced to look for new ways to attract the best candidates on the labor market. The competition for talents in modern conditions leads to a tough, dynamic talent market. According to numerous surveys 40% of employers find it difficult to find and hire the desired candidates, and 90% of managers say that attraction and, most importantly, talent retention requires more and more resources . One of the solutions to these difficulties can be the employer brand. Today candidates expect from the employer not only a decent level of salaries but also additional working conditions such as the opportunity of career growth, development and training programs within the company, compensation programs, etc. The paper examines in detail the process of external employer brand creation for Professional services companies on the example of "Nielsen".
