Nowadays in competitive environment companies are forced to look for new ways to attract the best candidates on the labor market. The competition for talents in modern conditions leads to a tough, dynamic talent market. According to numerous surveys 40% of employers find it difficult to find and hire the desired candidates, and 90% of managers say that attraction and, most importantly, talent retention requires more and more resources . One of the solutions to these difficulties can be the employer brand.
