The Performance Of Strategic Planning In Russian Regions

The degree work covers the socio-economic strategies effectiveness of the Russian regions for different region clusters. Based on the research results recommendations on the priority areas of strategic planning for each cluster are given. In the research the regulatory legal base is studied, scientific studies on strategic planning are analyzed, existing problems in the area are identified, regional clustering methods are studied, and seven indicators of socio-economic spheres are calculated. As a result of the study, different effects from the strategic planning implementation in region clusters are identified.
