Employee Recognition Intelligent System Development

The master's final qualification work was performed by Vladlena Dmitrievna Markvirer, a student of the IAUP-18-1 group. The topic of the work: " Employee Recognition Intelligent System Development" that covers a deep analysis of technologies and methods used in the field of computer vision and the choice of optimal ones. The work discovers possibilities of using a single-board computer Raspberry Pi 3 model B+ for implementing and deploying an intelligent object recognition system in a video stream obtained from an RPi camera (Raspberry Pi Camera Board v2.1). This paper discusses the process of designing, implementing, and testing a prototype system with accompanying illustrations, diagrams, and code examples. The developed prototype can be used as a video recording module for Smart office or Smart home systems. The work was written in 2020 on 116 pages of A4 format (the main volume of work from the introduction to the appendices – 62 pages). The paper presents 39 illustrations, 4 tables, 2 formulas, and 7 appendices. 55 bibliographic sources were used.
