State and Municipal Services in a Digital Transformation

Modern digital technologies are developing at an incredible speed. In order to meet the needs of the population timely and efficiently, it is necessary to develop digitalization of various spheres of life. Particular attention is required to the system of providing state and municipal services, since it plays a dominant role for the socio-economic situation of the country. For this reason, the topic “State and municipal services in a digital transformation” was chosen for the study. To assess the quality of service delivery, an expert interview was conducted with residents of the Tosnensky district of the Leningrad Region, which helped to identify existing problems in the region. Then a set of recommendations and IT solutions was developed. It is based on examples of best foreign practices. Key words: state and municipal services, digitalization, state regulation, electronic services.
