Regional Policy for the Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment in the Subject of the Russian Federation

The degree work on a subject «Regional Policy for the Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment in the Subject of the Russian Federation» is devoted to the development of measures to improve the mechanism of the creation of a comfortable urban environment in Kaliningrad region based on the analysis of the practice of the creation of a comfortable urban environment in the subject of the Russian Federation. The data was collected with questionnaire surveys: of representatives of government authorities and of citizens of the Kaliningrad region. With the help of the balanced assessment method and the importance-performance analysis, the factors that have the greatest impact on the quality of implementation of programs of the creation of a comfortable urban environment in Kaliningrad region, as well as priority directions for the development of the recommendations, were identified. The factors that have the greatest impact are related to financing and establishing the interaction between citizens and the government in the implementation of such programs.
