The practice of implementing projects in the field of information technology industry is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty, technological complexity and variability of the external environment. All these factors determine the high level of risks. The survey provides a full cycle of identification, assessment and analysis of risks, which were carried out on the example of an IT-project implemented by PJSC Gazprom Neft. The result of design and analytical work was a plan for responding to project risks based on a system of indicators for early detection of threats. This system represents a unified approach to risk management, which can be reused in other projects, taking into account individual additions and industry specifics. This advantage of the created system determines its relevance in the field of risk management of IT-projects.
