For any company which is working with projects for the creation and launch of new pharmacy products on the market, it is extremely important to effectively manage their projects. This master's thesis is devoted to the study of the success factors of such projects. In the course of this study, numerous literature sources were analyzed concerning projects for the creation and introduction of new products to the market, on the basis of which a pool of factors was formed that are most relevant for the pharmacy range of products. Then a survey of respondents who were competent in this issue was conducted, based on the results of which, these factors were divided into three groups: key factors, secondary and insignificant. Based on the obtained classification, practical measures for using the analyzed factors in a real company were determined, as well as recommendations for improving the effectiveness of projects to create new products of the pharmacy range for a specific international company operating in the Russian market.
