Implementation of Russian Federation State Migration Policy

The research covers the evaluation of The Russian Federation state migration policy implementation by analyzing the main activities of state government in migration sphere such as migration flows management, ensuring national security and maintaining interethnic consent. To improve the effectiveness of assessing the migration policy implementation level the analysis of the main directions has been carried out both at the federal and regional levels. As a result of the study the Russian regions have been ranked according to the best living conditions for labor migrants the migrant image of the average for each subject of the Russian Federation, clustering regions of the Russian Federation on similar types of the average migrant, but also the calculation of the level of interethnic harmony in Russian regions. In the course of work the regions leaders on the level of implementation of migration policies in the main areas and recommendations in the sphere of implementation of State migration policy of the Russian Federation were identified.
