Organization of Employee Training in Public Corporations: Problems and Solutions.

The master's thesis is devoted to the review of the system of personnel training organization in state corporations, as well as to the identification of existing problems and the development of ways to improve individual identified problems. The study was the analysis of theoretical and practical approaches to staff training, the place of this direction in the personnel management system. The study examined the features of the public sector that impose specifics on the organization of staff training. Based on the results of an empirical study, conclusions were made about the existence of problems in the organization of personnel training in state corporations, which are associated with the specifics of their main activities and insufficient application of the competence approach.
