This thesis analyzes the impact of regulatory and supervisory technologies on traditional phenomena: "legal environment", "financial market", "supervision and regulation". The author describes in his research certain features of legal modeling of actions of a financial market participant in the digital age. This work includes description of the essence of the concepts "RegTech" and "SupTech". The author also analyses potential areas of application of the new technologies by central banks to improve the efficiency of control procedures. The significant part of this research includes the author’s analysis of risks and the necessary level of regulatory impact for the effective implementation of projects in the field of RegTech and SupTech.
